Over three transformative days, you will:

Flow with Lomi Techniques — long, wave-like strokes that bring harmony to the whole body.
Learn Dynamic Thai Stretches — enhance mobility, relieve tension, and invite deep release through movement-based therapy.
Master Herbal Compression Therapy — create and apply warm, aromatic herbal balls to soothe, energize, and restore.
Incorporate Cloth Massage Stretching — use scarves or wraps to enhance traction, deepen stretches, and protect your body mechanics.
